EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders has officially confirmed that two weddings are set to take place on Christmas Day as new spoilers tease a clash between Denise Fox and her daughter Chelsea.
Soap viewers recently saw killer Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) pop the question to Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) after an emotional day during his father's funeral, and it came shortly after learning that Chelsea was pregnant with his baby too.
In upcoming scenes, Denise (Diane Parish) asks Gray whether he's marrying Chelsea for the right reasons, but Gray insists that he is.

Later, Denise and Chelsea realise that they have both booked their wedding and civil ceremony services for Christmas Day.
As Denise comments that Chelsea and Gray are rushing into things, Chelsea becomes determined to prove her mother wrong and invites both Denise and her fiancé Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) over for lunch.
Just as the couple arrive, however, Gray worries about the expense of a wedding on top of his current financial difficulties, and asks Chelsea if they could delay their big day.

With Denise and Jack overhearing Gray's request, Chelsea accuses her mother of talking Gray out of the wedding and doubles down on her decision – she and Gray will be getting married on Christmas Day.
Chelsea then tells Gray that they're going to need a new car once they're married and a family of five, and Gray soon gets an idea.
As the residents of Walford prepare for two Christmas Day weddings, it seems things won't go to plan for one of the couples as filming pictures have teased a less-than-perfect ending to one of the ceremonies.
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
