The Dallas Cowboys have shown NFL fans and analysts a sort of Jekyll and Hyde approach over the last couple of weeks. Just one week after getting absolutely throttled by the Denver Broncos, the Cowboys returned in Week 10 to dominate the Atlanta Falcons by 40 points. Who knows what version the Kansas City Chiefs will face in Week 11?
Given that they’ve lost only two games all season, the Cowboys likely deserve the benefit of any doubt. They’ve lost only to the Broncos and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and they’ve earned signature wins over the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Chargers. The Cowboys know that they must maintain their winning pace if they want to lock up that all-important first-round bye in the NFC and a win over the Chiefs would do well for their confidence.
As for the Chiefs, however, they are finding their mojo at the right time. The defense is clicking on all levels just as the offense has stopped sputtering. Just ask the Raiders what it was like to lose by 27 at home with the AFC West lead on the line.

They’ve reeled off three straight and carry that surge forward into the biggest showdown of all (the Packers would have been labeled that but without Rodgers, Dallas becomes the biggest obstacle). The truth is that as good as the Cowboys are, no team in football has the personnel to compete with the Chiefs when they are on and they just flipped the switch. They still have to prove consistency but we’re going with them to do just that in Week 11.
