Halo Infinite‘s multiplayer mode is out now. As Halo Infinite‘s free-to-play multiplayer mode can be played by anyone with an Xbox One, Xbox Series X or PC, it's about time to get your boots on the sand, soldier.

Halo Infinite‘s multiplayer mode was revealed to be released early during Microsoft's Halo Infinite 20th-anniversary celebration.

This gives players a chance to get a taste of the gameplay ahead of the release of the main campaign. The main game is still set to release on December 8, 2021, which will feature the single-player campaign. The one-month difference between the single-player and multiplayer mode release dates will help players get their hands dirty early on. By the time the full game launches, players will have a clear idea of what they're getting into, allowing them to make a more conscious choice on their purchase. On top of that, they'd be good enough from all the combat practice they've gotten from playing against other players that they'd probably breeze through Halo Infinite‘s main campaign, or at least prepare them to play on higher difficulties.
