Hallmark’s ‘A Kiss Before Christmas’ Stars James Denton, Teri Hatcher
Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas often means reunions. In the case of A Kiss Before Christmas, this is the very first on-screen reunion of any members of Desperate Housewives. Teri Hatcher (Lois and Clark, Desperate Housewives), and James Denton (Good Witch, Desperate Housewives) are reunited for the first time since 2012.
In addition, Marilu Henner (Taxi, Aurora Teagarden), Gino Anania (Project Christmas Wish, Our Christmas Love Song), Chelsey Mack (Snowkissed, Variant), and Jason Salamandyk (Love Strikes Twice, The Porter) also star in A Kiss Before Christmas.

What Is A Kiss Before Christmas About?
According to the Hallmark press release, real estate development executive Ethan Holt (Denton) is a married father with two teens. On Christmas Eve, Ethan is disappointed to learn he’s losing out on a promotion.
Moreover, he laments that his “nice guy” way of doing business has held him back in his career. Thanks to some Christmas magic, Ethan’s casual wish that his life had taken a different course becomes reality.
He wakes up the next morning and is shocked to find everything is different. Moreover, he isn’t married to Joyce (Hatcher). Also, he doesn’t have two teenaged kids. However, he’s CEO of his company.
Joyce is the key to Ethan being able to reclaim his original life and the family he loves. But, he must convince her that their happily-ever-after is waiting for them…and he only has until Christmas Day.

Teri Hatcher, James Denton Have Desperate Housewives Reunion
Teri Hatcher and James Denton play a longtime married couple in Hallmark’s A Kiss Before Christmas. She told US Magazine that their years of playing a romantic couple on Desperate Housewives made playing this new role really easy.
“I think one of the great things we brought was our history to this movie. We played this married couple that’s been married for a long time, that has teenage kids and it just was natural. We didn’t have to do anything because we have this history and it was so great.”
Teri also reminded them why they could only reunite on a Hallmark movie. “And since they killed Mike in Desperate Housewives this was the only way we were gonna get a reunion!”
