BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A grand jury has added to the charges a man faces in a fatal bar shooting in Fairfield. Miguel Galliher now faces 10 charges, including murder.
Police say Miguel Galliher, 20, and Robert Strong, 44, got into an altercation at LugNutz Bar and Grill on Donald Drive at about 1:30 a.m. on November 7.
Strong died from his injuries.
A 21-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man were also shot. They're expected to survive. According to the police report, it doesn't appear they were directly involved with the altercation.
Police say Galliher drove off after the shooting. Police chased him until he crashed.
In addition to murder, Galliher now faces six counts of felonious assault, failure to comply with police, illegal possession of a firearm in liquor permit premises and carrying concealed weapons.
Galliher will appear in court on Nov. 18. Court records indicate he is being held without bond.
