Veteran cornerback Darius Slay of the Philadelphia Eagles had an 82-yard touchdown fumble return. The Eagles are taking on the Denver Broncos and slay was able to make it a 27-13 game.

Slay is in his ninth season and has been doing things like this his whole career. He has 22 interceptions throughout his career, four fumble recoveries, and now two touchdowns.
The Eagles have been playing some decent football this year despite only being 3-6. Four of their losses came against some of the best teams in football including the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Las Vegas Raiders.
They're having a great game against the Broncos in which Jalen hurts is 16-23 for 178 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Jordan Howard has 10 rushes for 79 yards. Devonta Smith has four receptions for 66 yards and two touchdowns. The connection between Hurts and Smith is going to be one to watch for many years to come for this Philadelphia Eagles team.
The playoffs are out of reach for this Eagles team but if they win against the Broncos they will move into second place of the NFC East. Plays like this will definitely help out the Eagles and have them build some confidence as they head into the back end of their season. They have exceeded expectations this year and the future does look bright for the Eagles.
