Celtics at Cavs: Boston squanders 19-point lead, fall to Cleveland on the road

The Boston Celtics were up on the Cleveland Cavaliers by 19 points late in the third quarter of their road matchup with their surprisingly long opponents, only to see Cleveland fight their way back after holding Boston scoreless for more than five minutes of game time in the contest’s final frame to steal the win 91 – 89.

A generally sloppy game of basketball on both ends for the Celtics, leaving in the bench a little too long may have been the spark that gave the Cavs life. Dennis Schroder had another solid game with 28 points on 10-of-19 shooting, Jayson Tatum 21 points, and Robert Williams III 12 points and 16 rebounds in the loss.

While there might not be too much from this game you’ll want to remember, we put together a gallery of the best moments captured in images below.
