MATCHUP

With the Broncos' bye week awaiting them following Sunday's game, they'll have to keep the same focus that has led them to the brink of earning a second three-game win streak. Behind a season-best rushing performance from Javonte Williams and Melvin Gordon III and a dominant defensive showing, Denver got its best win of the season a week ago against the Cowboys. But if they backslide against the Eagles, the massive win won't mean nearly as much. The play and leadership of veteran quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will be key, as will his growing comfort with a nearly fully healthy receiving corps featuring Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy and Tim Patrick.

At 3-6, the Eagles may appear to be a woeful team, but their record does not represent the kind of challenge they've presented against some of the league's best teams. Quarterback Jalen Hurts has a dangerous group of receivers with 2020 Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith and talented tight end Dallas Goedert, but Hurts also leads Philadelphia's sixth-ranked rushing attack. Philadelphia's defense also is solid with playmakers like defensive end Fletcher Cox and cornerback Darius Slay.

INJURY UPDATE

The Broncos' injury list reached new heights in Week 10, as they ruled out two players and listed 10 as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles. They'll be without both of their starting tackles, Garett Bolles and Bobby Massie, who are battling ankle injuries. Reserves Calvin Anderson and Cameron Fleming have replaced Bolles and Massie during the time they've missed and will be relied upon again. DL McTelvin Agim (knee), DE Shelby Harris (illness), TE Albert Okwuegbunam (knee), WR Tim Patrick (knee), OLB Malik Reed (hip), S Caden Sterns (shoulder), CB Pat Surtain II (knee), G Dalton Risner (foot), RB Mike Boone (hip) and ILB Baron Browning (back) are questionable. Denver also has three players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list who were previously on the active roster: QB Drew Lock, G/C Austin Schlottmann and LB Justin Strnad.

Philadelphia, meanwhile, only listed two players as questionable: DE Josh Sweat (concussion) and T Andre Dillard (knee).
