MEDINA, Ohio – 111 Bistro has scheduled its next wine dinner, which will feature DeMeine Estates.
The five-course dinner is 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2.
Menu
• Melon-wrapped scampi, tasso, Carolina gold rice, creole meuniere. Wine: Brendel Sauvignon Blanc, $24.99.
• Miso soup, ramen broth, mushroom, scallion. Wine: Stony Hill Chardonnay, $59.99.
• Mushroom agnolotti, demi sauce. Wine: Heitz Cellar Grignolino, $24.99.
• Pork saltimbocca, vegetable medley. Wine: Brendel Cabernet Sauvignon, $39.99.
• Osso buco, risotto. Wine: Heitz Cellar C-91 Cabernet Sauvignon, $99.99.
Cost is $75 ($50 without wine).
DeMeine Estates is in Napa Valley, California, about 65 miles north of San Francisco. The company owns more than half a dozen lines, including Burgess Cellars, which was founded by Cuyahoga Falls native Tom Burgess, who died in 2017.
