Back than football was football. Today he would have been getting flagged on every play as the QBs are a fragile protected class. Defense hits is why football is a pleasure to watch and they took it away!

i worked at Giant's stadium for 10 yrs back in the 1980's & Lawrence taylor was 1 of the nicest football player's I've ever met, yes it's true during warm-ups he used to show up late but I'll be lying if i said he played every game I've seen in Giants stadium half lit on either drugs or whatever, but this man was a 1 man wrecking crew you think to yourself how does this man do it but he did because he was a special kind of player that comes once in a lifetime, and that was Lawrence Taylor we will never see another like him he was the Greatest Linebacker to ever put on a professional football uniform that I've seen, I've seen alot of football player's in my lifetime some good but non Great like the Great L.T. #56. ππππππππππππππ

Don't celebrate this druggie. I loved watching him play. Did not know at the time he was using. He had an unfair advantage of being high drugs. He could've hurt alot of people. All of his records should be removed from the League.
