Broncos coach Vic Fangio has high praise for Eagles rookie WR DeVonta Smith

DeVonta Smith continues to impress spectators across the NFL and as the Eagles prepare for a Week 10 matchup with the Broncos, opposing head coach Vic Fangio is the latest to offer a glowing endorsement of the Heisman Trophy winner.

After expressing that Philadelphia was already in good hands with Jalen Hurts at quarterback, Fangio applauded Smith for his route running and excellent hands, while conceding that the Birds will be a tough matchup for his team.

The Broncos are currently No. 2 in the NFL in points allowed, No. 6 in yards allowed, No. 8 in passing yards allowed, and No. in first downs allowed.

That’s a recipe for another high volume of rushing attempts, mixed in with Jalen Hurts sprinkling some of his magic in the passing game.
