Would you take it? A woman has revealed the guy she's dating gave her a pre-date survey to ensure she had a good time. In the video posted to #TikTok below, Katrina shared the thorough questionnaire given to her after her now-boyfriend Graham asked her on a date.
"You have agreed to go on a date with Graham. Congratulations!" the survey opens. "He promises a good time with your preferences in mind."
She was presented with a bunch of first date options:
· dinner and a movie
· a visit to a museum
· a hike
· a beach day and ice cream, or
· skating and hot chocolate.

The survey also included preferred clothing for the date, which ranged from comfort to an evening gown.
After she made all her selections, Graham personalized their date perfectly and, well, now they're together!
