Ellen Brown Passes Away at 92

Dennis A. “DW” Winters died on Feb. 4, 2023 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 70. He was born on June 9, 1952 in Ontario. A celebration of life open house buffet dinner will be held on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023 from 1 until 3 p.m. at GW’s farm.

The Arc of Umatilla County, 215 W. Orchard Ave. in Hermiston, will host this year’s Valentine’s Dance on Sunday, Feb. 12. The event goes from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and includes dancing, food, Valentines and fun. The cost is $5 per person. For more information, call 541-567-7615.
