Comedian Vic DiBitetto

Stand-up comedian Vic Dibitetto will headline The Grand on Saturday.

You might’ve seen him on the Amazon Prime series “Gravesend,” or during one of his many rants on YouTube. But on Friday you can catch comedian Vic DiBitetto in person. DiBetetto tells it how it is and spares no prisoners. In one of his latest videos on his self-titled YouTube channel, boasting 400K subscribers, he attacked Daylight Savings. “I don’t understand what the hell is going on. Did the Pilgrims change the clocks?!,” the comedian said in a video titled “Ticked Off Vic: Daylight Savings...WHY!?!?!?” Hopefully DiBitetto will have the answer when he headlines The Grand (818 N. Market St., Wilmington) at 8 p.m., Friday. Tickets are $42-$47. Proof of full vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event is required for entry. For more info, visit thegrandwilmington.org or (800) 37-GRAND.

Sug Daniels of Hoochi Coochi

Singer-songwriter Sug Daniels, of Wilmington, will play the Old State House in Dover on Friday.

From starting out in the rap trio FlowCity to fronting the soulful indie-blues band Hoochi Coochi – vocalist Sug Daniels has been making a name for herself in Delaware. One of her latest accomplishments was playing XPoNential Music Festival with Hoochi Coochi in September. Daniels is a Wilmington resident who was raised in Smyrna. The singer-songwriter will head back to Kent County to play a solo show at the Old State House (25 The Green, Dover) at 7:30 p.m., Friday. Admission is free, but seating is limited. Guests are required to wear masks. For more info, visit delfolk.org.

MSO concert in Rehoboth

Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra has a charming lineup in the works. The show will feature two oboe concertos by guest soloist Joshua Lauretig. The program also includes Julien Benichou's “Romance for Strings,” Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's “String Serenade” and Alessandro Marcello's “Concerto for Oboe and Strings in D Minor.” MSO will hit the stage at Epworth United Methodist Church (19285 Holland Glade Road, Rehoboth Beach) at 7:30 p.m., Saturday. Tickets are $45. For more info, visit epworth.faith or (302) 227-7743.
