Monroe County Republicans are petitioning a count on behalf of 10 GOP candidates whose races are likely to be determined by absentee ballots.

The complaint argues the three-day period for reviewing signatures on absentee ballots isn't long enough to handle the volume of mail-in ballots received in for the 2021 election.

The party is asking a judge to supervise the counting process for more accurate results.
