A Celebration of Life for Tommy Lewis, 22, formerly of Knoxville, will be Saturday, November 13, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, at Dyer/Hudson Hall, Marion County Fairgrounds, Knoxville. The family requests no flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Tommy Keith Lewis Memorial Fund for future designation. Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting with the arrangements.
