Board approves entering into real estate contracts

During a special meeting on Thursday, the Concordia Unified School District 333 board of education approved giving authority to superintendent of schools Quentin Breese and district treasurer/office manager Ronda Gumm to enter into real estate contracts on behalf of the school district.
The action followed two executive sessions, that totaled 30 minutes, for the purpose of preliminary discussion of the acquisition of property.
Included in the executive sessions were the board, Gumm and director of operations and technology director Kelly Struebing.
The board has a regular meeting scheduled for Monday night at 6:00.
