Kendall Jenner celebrated her 26th birthday on Wednesday with a low-key dinner celebration with friends. The model shared photos from the party on her Instagram last night, including a shot of her clover-adorned birthday cake and her and Hailey Bieber together at the bash, both taken by photographer Samuel Alemayhu.

Jenner and Bieber have been close friends for years. The two spoke on Apple Music’s ZAZA WORLD RADIO in February 2019 about their experiences with dating. Bieber defended Jenner’s choice then to keep her relationships private and out of the public eye.
“When Kendall loves, she loves super hard and I think that’s a great quality, and I think that she is a great girlfriend,” Bieber started, via Entertainment Tonight. She dismissed fans’ ideas that Jenner wasn’t that attached to her romantic partners because she wasn’t willing to be public about her love life.
“They may have this idea and perception in their mind that you kind of, maybe, just throw people in the trash when you don’t like them. It’s not the truth,” Bieber said. “She doesn’t like to waste time! I don’t think that that’s a bad thing.”
Jenner added that she doesn’t stick around long in the wrong partnership but with the right person, she’s fully in. “I know when I’m off it, and I get off it really easy,” she said. “But it’s not just for no reason. Someone has to do something to make me off it. I think that especially because of the lifestyle that I live everything is so magnified and everyone wants to know things, especially about your love life. A lot of the relationships that I’m in, I’m in it, and I’m in it with that one person and I’m a very loyal person once I’m fully in it.”
