Jones, a Marine Corps veteran, retired after 30 years of service with the Florida Highway Patrol. He has previously served on the Charter Review Committee for Sebastian in 2015. In addition, Jones has been very involved with the community helping with multiple trash pickups, charity functions, youth fundraisers, and community holiday celebrations.

McPartlan, an Army veteran, has been on the City Council for 9 out of the last 10 years and has previously been mayor. During the past 20 years, he’s worked for the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) as the Community Development Administrator. McPartlan has been a great overseer for the taxpayers.

Sebastian Daily would like to congratulate all three, and we look forward to them serving the City of Sebastian.
