ITTA BENA, Miss. (WJTV)- Former MVSU and Tougaloo College men’s basketball coach Lafayette Stribling passed away at 87.
The Mississippi sports hall of famer took MVSU to the NCAA tournament several times, including 1986 where the Delta Devils almost defeated 1 seed Duke
Stribling was known for his attire on and off the court.
