CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – Myles Garrett walked into FirstEnergy Stadium for Sunday’s game with Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers dressed as the Grim Reaper.

He walked out with his 10 ½ sack of the season, and a loss.

Garrett gave Roethlisberger a tombstone in his quarterback cemetery Halloween display in his front yard and included him on his costume cape, which listed the name of every quarterback he has sacked, but once again it was Roethlisberger who got the last laugh.

“Myles is a special talent, and I told him after the game that he can take the tombstone from his yard, but I will take the win,” Roethlisberger said. “He is special.”

With Sunday’s 15-10 win over the Browns, Roethlisberger improved to 12-2-1 all time at FirstEnergy Stadium.

“I don’t take it for granted,” Roethlisberger said. “I woke up this morning, it was a cloudy gray day and then the sun came out. I don’t know the last time the sun was shining during a game here, but it sure did feel good to get the win.”

Garrett said Friday that he hoped to send Roethlisberger out with a loss. The 39-year-old completed 22 of 34 passes for 266 yards and a touchdown in the win.

“We won the game,” Roethlisberger said. “Like I said, that is all the matters. I don’t care about anything else. He is a heck of a football player. He got a sack – good for him – but we got the win.”

The Browns will travel to Pittsburgh in Week 17 on January 3 for a rematch.

“The man has been great for a long time, and he has been great here for a long time,” Garrett said. “It is tough, but we will see him again, and we will get the chance to return the favor when he is at his house. It hurts that we could not protect our house, but his home is not safe either.”

The Steelers moved into third place with the victory, improving to 4-3 while the Browns fell into the basement at 4-4.
