Givens (ankle) has been activated from IR ahead of Sunday's game with the Bears, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Givens was designated to return from IR earlier in the week and didn't have to wait long to get back into uniform. He's been out since Week 2 with the ankle injury and should immediately slide back into the rotation at defensive tackle.
