BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard will present the 5th Annual James Bond Themed Gala; MOONRAKER, on Dec. 4 at the Center for Collaboration in Rockledge to benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard.

MOONRAKER is a Black-Tie Optional, Gala celebration of community leaders engaged as James Bond Contestants competing to raise funds and awareness for the CACB’s programs and services for abused children.

The Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard is the nonprofit organization responsible for raising funds and awareness for the CACB, an organization established in 1996 to improve our community’s response to child abuse and neglect.

Robert L. Jordan Jr.

One of this year’s contestants is Robert L. Jordan Jr., Chairman, President & CEO RLJ Enterprises, Inc.

He’s also Chairman of the Parrish Medical Center Board of Directors and Viera Charter School and a Councilman for the City of Titusville.  He has also freely given his time to Brevard Work Force, Titusville YMCA, United Way of Brevard, Circles of Care, the Economic Development Council, and many others.

“My father told me a long time ago: If you see something out there you want to do, you find the time to do it,” he said.

In recognition of the time, money and effort Jordan has put into making Brevard County a better place to live, he was named a 2015 Central Florida Humanitarian Award winner.
