Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden, otherwise known as David Metcalfe, showed off his new dramatic hair transformation in an adorable video shared by his wife, Charley Webb.
In the Instagram video, which you can check out for yourself above, Charley and the couple's children all pitched in to shave Matthew's longer hair into a buzzcut.
Matthew and Charley met on the set of Emmerdale, in which Charley plays Debbie Dingle, and married in 2018. They share three sons: Buster born in 2010, Bowie brown in 2015 and Ace born in 2019.

The two older sons got involved with the family's home salon, wielding scissors and a trimmer on Matthew's long blonde locks, while their youngest son gave a thumbs up of approval at the end of the video.
Several of their Emmerdale co-stars commented on the adorable video, which Charley captioned: "It was a family effort."
Danny Miller, who plays Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap opera, wrote: "It genuinely annoys me how many different hairstyles he really suits!!"
Victoria Sugden actress Isabel Hodgins added: "I genuinely don't know if I'm happy or sad!"

Sammy Winward, who plays Victoria's sister-in-law Katie, chimed in: "I would never let you anywhere near my hair!!! The kids yes, you no! Looks great."
Matthew and Isabel Hodgins have recently been central to a storyline involving notorious killer Meena Jutla, portrayed by Paige Sandhu.
Following the dramatic Super Soap Week which saw residents face a survival challenge that ended in a horrifying fire and Victoria and David plunged into a waterfall from a broken bridge.

Thankfully, the characters both survived and are on the brink of finally rekindling their romance, but David's current girlfriend Meena just found out and threatened Victoria in a recent episode. What's going down next?
