Dylan Dreyer was recently left speechless for all the right reasons.

After nearly a year-long wait, the Today show weather anchor made her official debut as an author with the release of her children’s picture book, Misty the Cloud: A Very Stormy Day. Following her initial book announcement in March, the book finally hit shelves on October 12. What's more, within a week, Misty climbed to the third spot on The New York Times best seller list for children’s picture books.

Upon hearing this exciting news, Dylan immediately began thanking her fans on Instagram for encouraging her.
