DADE COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia woman is facing charges after deputies said she was working at a high school football game, in violation of the State Sexual Offender Registry.
Amanda L. Pardue was arrested on Tuesday by deputies in Dade County.
Authorities said Pardue, 38, a registered sex offender, worked the concession stand at a high school football game last week.
“Probable cause was determined to affect an arrest for Amanda Pardue as she knew, or should have known that her actions on October 22, 2021 were in violation of the State Sexual Offender Registry,” the sheriff’s office wrote on Facebook.

According to Georgia law, “No registered sex offender shall be employed or volunteer at any school or childcare facility or at any entity within 1000 feet of a school, child care facility or church.”
Pardue was arrested in 2018 on charges that she sent inappropriate messages and pictures of herself to several 14-year-old boys while she worked as a substitute teacher.

ABC affiliate WTVC in Chattanooga reports that Pardue pleaded guilty to computer or electronic pornography charges and was sentenced to 10 years on probation and registered as sex offender.
Pardue is currently in the Dade County Jail awaiting a first appearance hearing.
