if the bill hasn't passed why ask if we need to set our clocks back. maybe get a new title for your story getting really tired of misleading articles.

how can you wait for it to be passes nationwide when you just said 2 states already dont recognize daylight savings?? makes no sence

Pass a bill to make stealing a death penalty. I’m tired of locking my doors, setting alarms and killing people. Bullets costs are through the roof.
