More than 400,000 customers are still without power across the state.

Massachusetts was hit hard with the first nor’easter of the season, bringing heavy rains and gusting winds to parts of the state. Power outages blanketed much of the South Shore, uprooted trees blocked roads, and unruly waves washed ashore boats.
