Manhattan Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force&nbsp;will meet&nbsp;Thursday, October 28, 2021&nbsp;at&nbsp;6:00 p.m. in the&nbsp;City Commission Room&nbsp;at&nbsp;City Hall, 1101&nbsp;Poyntz&nbsp;Avenue.&nbsp;

&nbsp;Due to the high transmission rate of the Delta Variant in Riley County, as of August 9, 2021, the City of Manhattan is requiring anyone inside City facilities to wear a mask.&nbsp;

The Manhattan&nbsp;DEI Task Force provides&nbsp;recommendations which can be used by the community to create a more inclusive and welcoming community that includes cultural, racial, socio-economic, and ethnic diversity in the future growth of Manhattan.&nbsp;

The Task Force will focus its discussion&nbsp;on&nbsp;individual and&nbsp;family&nbsp;support,&nbsp;economic&nbsp;opportunity,&nbsp;public&nbsp;safety, livability,&nbsp;and&nbsp;health&nbsp;and wellness.&nbsp;
