The Oklahoma City Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man sought in connection with a homicide investigation.
Bryant Foy, 28, is wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred on Aug. 15 in the 5700 block of Northwest 19th Street, according to police.
Authorities told KOCO 5 when the deadly shooting occurred that officers responded around 7:45 a.m. Aug. 15 after receiving a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a deceased victim in an apartment.
Police later identified the victim as Phillip Gates, 22.
Police learned that a second shooting victim fled the scene, ran to a business near Northwest 23rd Street and MacArthur Boulevard and reported the shooting to a clerk. Authorities said the clerk then called the police.
The second victim was taken to a hospital to get checked out.
Foy is wanted on complaints of murder, robbery with a firearm, pointing a firearm and assault and battery. Police said he is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5,000 reward, and the Oklahoma City Police Department's Crime Stoppers unit is offering a reward of up to $1,000. Anyone with information about Foy's location is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 405-235-7300 or submit a tip online.
