It should be a 20 % increase and free medical. The money going towards illegal ailens needs to be reallocated to sr citizens. It’s shameful New York gives free medical to illegal ailens and takes bit right out checks for sr citizens.

taxes here went up more than six percent so where is there any increase in social security when it was wiped out with all the tax increases

That’s an extra $72 dollars for me…… that’s what one tank of gas costs me now…..it was $35 to fill up in January. Add the insane price of groceries to the mix, we were much better off this past January.
