Gaylord man arrested for allegedly threatening woman with gun

OTSEGO COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A man was arrested after a domestic violence incident in Otsego County.

Michigan State Police were called to a residence on Nina Road in Bagley Township around 9:35 a.m. Friday for a person reportedly "flipping out" and breaking items.
As troopers arrived on the scene, the caller was leaving with her children.
The man, Eric Michael Roe, 32 of Gaylord, was standing outside in the driveway.
According to the woman, Roe had pointed a gun at her the day before and pushed her against a door.
MSP said an unloaded revolver was located at the scene and seized.
Roe is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence.

He is due back in court on November 18.
