The New Orleans Saints finally scored back-to-back wins for the first time this season after victimizing the Seattle Seahawks in a 13-10 road win Monday night. While it was a low-scoring affair, Alvin Kamara had himself a night. I mean, he really had himself a night!

The Saints' star running back rushed for only 51 yards on 20 carries, but what he lacked in production on the ground, he totally made up for with his huge role in the passing attack. Kamara went off with 128 receiving yards and a touchdown. He gobbled up almost every pass that came his way, catching 10 of 11 targets. According to Field Yates of ESPN, Kamara did something in that game no one has ever done in the NFL for a couple of years.

Alvin Kamara in the Saints' first five games: 15 catches for 113 yards.

Alvin Kamara last night: 10 catches for 128 yards.

He also became the first player in over two years with 20+ rushes and 10+ catches in a game. Dominant effort.

With Michael Thomas still sidelined, New Orleans' offense has greatly relied on Kamara and his legs, as they are no. 1 in the league in rush play rate. Of course, that meant that they're last in the NFL in pass play percentage. However, the presence of Kamara assures the Saints a dynamic pass-catcher, albeit one that's coming out of the backfield.
