ST. JOSEPH — The St. Joseph City Commission bid farewell to two longtime members Monday night.

The mood was melancholy as commissioners and residents bid farewell to Mayor Mike Garey and Commissioner Jeff Richards, who have served the city for a combined total of nearly 60 years.
