In any other era, this wouldn’t matter a lick.

However, this is the age of COVID-19 and all of the rules and expectations are different, now.

United States President Joe Biden traveled to New Jersey yesterday to try and sell his massive spending plan and to give New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy a campaign boost, as early voting is presently underway.

However, the Presidential visit may be more remembered for President Biden coughing into his right hand and then offering it a short time later to shake Governor Murphy’s hand.

Biden was also not wearing a face mask while indoors.

Heres the video of the Biden speech, where he outlined his $1.2 trillion infrastructure and $3.5 trillion ''Build Back Better'' budget reconciliation proposals.

President Biden ended his speech, he was unmasked and then coughed into his right hand … simultaneously  leaving the podium to greet officials, including Governor Murphy, who was seated in the front row.

Biden grabbed Murphy’s left arm and shook his right hand with his right hand … the same hand that The President had just coughed into.

Biden has had a persistent cough that has gone on for an extended period of time unexplained to the public.

The public has also understandably grown weary of being dictated to by all levels of government, while many of these same elected officials break the rules on a daily basis.

President Biden and first lady Jill Biden were caught on video dining at the Washington restaurant Fiola Mare on October 16, 2021 without wearing face masks. Their Secret Service detail was nearby and masked.

A restaurant customer took a video of the first couple and another took a photo, both of which have been posted on social media.

The CDC advises everyone, including vaccinated people, to continue wearing masks while inside to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease.

However, the era of “Rules for thee and not for me” is getting very old.
