Letter: Pandemic? What pandemic?

Richardson writes, "Been to two supermarkets, two big box stores, numerous coffee shops, and even a few restaurants. I would say about 5% of the people in those establishments were wearing a mask."

Letter to the editor FSA

I know that North Dakota isn’t exactly following CDC guidelines and we have one of the lowest vaccination rates in the country.

It is easy to confirm that by just going shopping just about anywhere, certainly here in Fargo.

Been to two supermarkets, two big box stores, numerous coffee shops, and even a few restaurants. I would say about 5% of the people in those establishments were wearing a mask.

What exactly is the problem with trying to stifle this thing once and for all? Why are so many North Dakotans willing to put themselves and so many others at risk? Is it selfishness or just plain stupidity?

Denis Richardson lives in Fargo.
