Should you be elected, what are three specific areas you’d like to change, address, improve or further research, and how specifically would you go about it?: When I ran for council, I ran on a platform to increase our safety forces and I fought for more police officers, better equipment and vehicles and we accomplished all three. I also campaigned for better roads and the removal of blight throughout our city, and I continue to work with my colleagues to make that happen. I also campaigned for lower water and sewer rates and resolving the city’s systems and internal control issues for our residents. Although we have lowered the rates, we still need to resolve some other issues that I will continue to fight and get our residents a fair and equitable system and process for the future. I have continued to be transparent and a man of my word.

I will continue to fight for our residents on the following issues: Protecting Our Residents Fought to lower water and sewer rates Focused on reducing violence and poverty Created partnerships that help our kids and families during tough times Fighting to remove blight and improving our housing stock Fighting for Safer Streets Advocated for an increase in safety forces to help curb the violence in our community that impacts so many residents Pushing for safety measures that reduce crime throughout our community Work with at-risk youth turn their lives around Attracting Lorain Investment Fighting for federal funding to help our community Ensuring businesses stay in and relocate to Lorain Supported community partnerships to transform our city

Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you?: The voters of Lorain should vote for me if they want an honest, hard working lifelong resident fighting for their concerns and addressing them without any agenda other than making our community better. I will continue to work hard to change the culture of our community and represent our residents with integrity and genuine transparency.
