Few cars have car enthusiasts as excited about the Nissan brand as the 2023 Z Coupe and two examples were recently spotted on the back of a delivery truck.

These images that were apparently shared online by Twitter users ‘Hiro_tennis819’ and ‘takumi_predia ‘ before making it to the New Nissan Z forum, although it is unclear where they were taken. Nevertheless, they show one Z painted in Brilliant Silver while the other is finished in Passion Red TriCoat. Both cars have contrasting black roofs and pillars.

Customers of the new Nissan Z will have nine color options to choose from, consisting of three monotone options and six two-tone options which feature a Super Black roof. The monotone options are Black Diamond Metallic, Gun Metallic, and Rosewood Metallic, a dark shade of red. The options with the contrasting black roof are Brilliant Silver, Boulder Gray, Serian Blue, Ikazuchi Yellow, Passion Red TriCoat, and Everest White Pearl TriCoat.

Beyond the paint schemes of these two Zs, it’s worth noting that both lack the small trunklid lip spoiler previously seen on all other examples of the sports car. It remains unclear why this is the case but it could suggest that the spoiler will be an option or may simply be a part that is installed by dealerships, rather than at the Nissan factory.

Nissan has yet to announce U.S. pricing for the new Z but it is expected to start at around $40,000. For that money, customers will get the keys to a rear-wheel drive sports car with the same 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 producing 400 hp and 350 lb-ft (475 Nm) as the Infiniti Q50 and Q60 Red Sport models.
