BSF and SFC to Hold Joint Meeting

The BSF and the SFC will hold a joint meeting held over Zoom on November 18, 2021, at 7 p.m. U.K. time, 2 p.m. EST.

The groups will welcome Joel Mainland, associate member of Monell Chemical Senses Center, and Dr. Peter Schieberle, food chemistry professor emeritus at Technical University of Munich for the inaugural joint lecture. The discussion will focus on the main drivers of food acceptance in aroma and taste.

Tickets are free for BSF and SFC members, £5.00 for students and £20.00 for non-members.
