Criminal Contempt: Everette Johnson, 41, of Nassau, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Oct. 13 in Sand Lake for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order of protection.

DWAI: Robert Giacomino, 50, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Oct. 13 in Albany for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DWI: Jessica Mullen, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on Oct. 14 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Larceny: Niyah Freeman, 23; and Brianna Bead, 23; both of Troy, were arrested at 7:51 p.m. on Oct. 15 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

DWI: John Smith, 35, of Nassau, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Oct. 16 in North Greenbush for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Janet Glaude, 49, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Oct. 16 in Poestenkill for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
