No couple is safe on Love Island Australia as 'bomb' Nicolas threatens to steal Lexy away from Ryan - before a love triangle sees Tina breaking down in tears in an explosive new trailer
An explosive new trailer for Love Island Australia aired at the end of Monday night's episode proves that no couple is safe.
New 'bomb' Nicolas Love, a luxury yacht operator, announces in a piece to camera that he 'loves being a little mischievous' before threatening to steal Lexy Thornberry away from partner Ryan Reid 'to spice things up a little bit'.
The love triangle between Mitch Hibberd, Tina Provis and Emily Ward also comes to a head, with Tina breaking down in tears after Mitch passionately locks lips with Emily.

'Me and Lexy, I definitely think there's something there,' he later adds in a piece to camera.
Lexy's partner Ryan looks furious as he watches their close interaction unfold.
The drama continues with former AFL player Mitch enjoying a steamy make-out session with Emily, before his partner Tina gives him an ultimatum.
'There's nothing I can do,' PR consultant Tina says in a piece to camera before dramatically breaking down in tears.
She later tells Mitch that he has to decide 'if it's going to be me or her'.
Meanwhile Monday night's episode was just as explosive with Rachael Evren eliminated after receiving the lowest number of votes alongside Lexy.
Chris Graudins, Aaron Waters and Taku Chimwaza chose to send Rachael home, after the boys were voted the Australian public's top three to 'find love in the villa'.
In a shock twist, Chris - who broke down in tears at the thought of losing his 'partner' Rachael, who he shared an 'amazing connection' with - locked lips with newcomer Zoe Clish less than 24 hours after Rachael's exit.
Breaking down in tears, Chris told the boys that he couldn't bear sending Rachael home.
'I've been close now with Rachael because I care about her. I've never met anyone that I've had that many common connections with,' he said.
An emotional Aaron revealed to the group who would be leaving, admitting that it was a 'very, very hard decision'.
'Getting to know Lexy over the past few days since she's been here, since she's walked in... she's absolute pure and innocent. I think she's got a heart of gold,' he began before describing the 'amazing connection' Chris has with Rachael.
'Obviously him and Rachael have an amazing connection, an amazing bond. Rachael has a beautiful side to her. It's hard to kind of put two and two together I guess and compare the two, but yeah honestly I don't know what to say,' he said.
After Aaron revealed Rachael was going home, the brunette pulled Chris aside to ask whether he would consider leaving the show with her.
Despite feeling 'torn' and breaking down in tears with the boys, Chris decided to stay on the show and give the Love Island Australia journey 'a crack'.
'I at least owe it to myself to experience the journey and get it done. I've got to give this a crack,' he said.
However the buff riot squad officer moved on quickly, setting his sights on newcomer Zoe, who arrived in a skimpy pink bikini that showed off her figure.
Zoe admitted in a piece to camera that she has 'no trouble flirting with guys or getting to know someone'.
Things got hot and heavy when Chris and Zoe enjoyed a heart-to-heart on one of the sofas, with Chris describing Zoe as 'confident' and 'pretty'.
'You're really confident. It's good though, it's really nice. It's refreshing. If you come in here with a good mindset and attitude, you're going to do really well,' he began.
'I think you're very pretty. I was going to say I'd like to kiss you, but I was like I better not, hey. That's probably a bit sudden.'
Zoe agreed to a kiss and wasn't long before the pair enjoyed a steamy make-out session.
Love Island Australia continues Tuesday at 8.40pm on Channel Nine
