The Indianapolis Colts have won their last two contests and are showing signs of life after a 1-4 start to the season. A big reason behind that has been the consistent play from quarterback Carson Wentz.

The Colts QB may not be lighting up the box score with eye-popping numbers, but he's gotten the job done of late with steady performances while minimizing mistakes.

Wentz's display in the last four games has actually etched his name in Colts franchise history, alongside a certain Peyton Manning. He's tallied at least two touchdowns with no interceptions in those four contests.

The proof is in the pudding for the new Colts QB. Indianapolis has won three of those four games, and the one they lost was against a strong Baltimore Ravens side that needed a massive comeback in the fourth quarter just to steal the game in overtime.

Seeing Carson Wentz perform well is a little bit surprising given his struggles from the past year, but he is a former Pro Bowler and franchise quarterback during his time with the Philadelphia Eagles. The talent is there. Perhaps he's turning the corner once more after finally getting fully healthy this season. Colts fans certainly hope so.
