Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals got some good news this morning as coach Kliff Kingsbury will be available today after he has cleared COVID-19 protocols this morning.

The 6-0 Cardinals will host the 1-5 Houston Texans today and look to go 7-0. Murray has been sensational this year with 1741 yards, and 14 touchdowns.

Coach Kingsbury missed the Cardinals game last week due to COVID-19. Kingsbury was vaccinated and asymptomatic but tested positive right before the teams' flight to Cleveland. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that Kingsbury had another negative test today that allows him to coach.

Arizona without their head coach had an impressive win last weekend against the Cleveland Browns, as the Cardinals won 37-14.

Kingsbury participated in virtual meetings throughout the whole past week. He was still involved in the team's preparation despite not being at the practice facility.

The Cardinals are looking to match their franchise-best start and go 7-0 today for the second time in the history of the franchise. Arizona still has three players on the COVID-19 list with Chandler Jones, Zach Allen, and Corey Peters still out. Kyler Murray was also without his quarterback coach Cam Turner until Friday. Turner also tested positive for COVID-19.

The Cardinals should be able to improve to 7-0 today as former Texans J.J.Watt and DeAndre Hopkins host the struggling 1-5 Texans.
