Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers football was looking to take care of business against winless Saydel on Friday night in Adel, and they were able to do so as they were able to defeat the Eagles by the score of 69-0. The Tigers close out the regular season with a 7-2 record and Saydel will end their season all together at 0-9.

The Tigers were able to honor thirteen seniors before the game but it was a sophomore who put together a lot of the scoring on the night in sophomore Brevin Doll, as they was able to grab four rushing touchdowns, all in the first half as ADM scored a touchdown on their first nine drives of the night. The Tigers were able to grab five touchdowns in the first quarter and three in the second quarter to take a 56-0 lead into the locker room.

The seniors that were honored during the game were Lucus Ray, Gabe Heitz, Ty Hook, Matt Dufoe, Dee Story, David Finnegan, Jacob Crystal, Nathan Tapken, Lucus Annable, Cody Felt, David Stucker, Nathan Kroeger, and Cael Lockhart. These players have been apart of three winning seasons in the program, and have been a driving force behind the success these last few years.

These players are not done, as Tiger football will be having a first round state playoff game. Tiger football will be facing the Nevada Cubs for round of 16 action for 3A state football. The winner of that game will take on the winner of Harlan vs. Ballard in state quarterfinal action.
