Bausch & Lomb and Eye Therapies LLC filed a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in New Jersey District Court against Nasvhille-based compounding pharmacy Harrow Health and its subsidiaries. The suit, brought by Gibbons and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, alleges that the defendants are selling an Epinastine Brimonidine solution that infringes the patent protection of Bausch’s Lumify eye drops Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-19252, Bausch & Lomb, Inc. et al v. Harrow Health, Inc. et al.
