Taylor Swift Declares ‘It’s Red Season,’ Previews ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’ in New Video
We’re less than a month away from the release of Red (Taylor’s Version), and Taylor Swift is here to announce: “It’s Red Season.”
In Swift’s first Instagram Reel video, it’s all Red everything. Swift wears a red ballgown with ruby earrings, a red manicure and a custom Red ring, and shows off her rows and rows of red shoes and clothing. “It’s Red Season,” reads an all-caps message across the video.
Swift ends the clip on a red box with a red bow. What’s in the box? Swifties will likely have to wait until Nov. 12 to find out.
“21 days til November 12 and I *promise* it’s worth the wait,” Swift captioned the video.
In June, the 31-year-old singer/songwriter announced Red (Taylor’s Version) will be the second re-recorded album from her series of six, following Fearless (Taylor’s Version) in April. The re-recorded 30-track version of Red will feature nine bonus tracks, including collaborations with Phoebe Bridgers, Ed Sheeran and Chris Stapleton. Swift additionally shared that the album will be coming in vinyl in her first-ever TikTok post.
Red (Taylor’s Version) will be released on Nov. 12 via Republic Records.
