Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Thursday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of Geico and other plaintiffs. The suit, which targets Motion Medical Diagnostics and Dr. Richard C. Koffler, seeks to recover more than $702,900 in claims for services allegedly provided to automobile accident victims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-05878, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. Motion Medical Diagnostics, P.C. et al.
