The house made famous by Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street is up for sale again with a price tag of $3.25 million.
Located at 1428 N Genesee in Los Angeles, the two-story Dutch colonial has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a detached guesthouse with a designer kitchen and bathroom.
The 1984 A Nightmare on Elm Street was the first installment in the franchise then went on to six sequels. The film also marked Johnny Depp's screen debut.
Those who are interested in buying must submit their offers by Halloween, October 31, according to Collider.
The house was previously acquired by director Lorene Scafaria back in 2013 for $2.1 million. The Los Angeles Times reported that she has decided to move out.
