- On Wednesday, producers confirmed that filming for Virgin River season four is officially underway by sharing a teaser video. The sneak peek features Alexandra Breckenridge (who portrays Mel) standing on set of the popular series and saying, “Hey, everybody out there in the internet land. We’re out here doing season four of Virgin River.” The rest of the gang can be heard cheering in the background.
- Breckenridge recently penned a heartfelt message on Instagram to express her gratitude. “Some mornings I have to step back and remind myself how lucky I am for this life that I live,” she wrote. “It’s not been as [rose emoji] as it looks from the outside world. But today is what you choose to make of it. And today I’m grateful for all that I have and all that I am.”
- Colin Lawrence (who plays John “Preacher” Middleton) offered a rare glimpse into his life as an actor by sharing pics from an old headshot photoshoot. The caption read, “Time for a photo dump. #photodump #fbf #photoshoot.”
- The actor also teased his latest project, an upcoming holiday movie titled Dancing Through the Snow. Lawrence revealed that he will not only share the screen with 90210’s AnnaLynne McCord, but he’ll also star alongside his real-life daughter, Bianca.
- This week, Ben Hollingsworth (who plays Dan Brady) celebrated his daughter Juniper’s 1st birthday by sharing a video on Instagram set to Adele’s new single, “Easy on Me.” He wrote, “My little angel turned 1 over the weekend and I turned into a big mushy mess.”
- The actor posted a priceless photo on social media, detailing his underwear problem while filming season four. The pic features a text conversation that took place between Hollingsworth and the show’s assistant director, Kunal Keram. “Hey Ben, tomorrow could you please bring back your camera underwear,” Keram wrote. To which Hollingsworth responded, “I was hoping you’d ask me that. Now I can die a happy man.”

- Ever since Netflix renewed Virgin River for seasons four and five, several noteworthy theories have surfaced. One of them questions whether Brady is being framed for shooting Jack (Martin Henderson). This would mean that Deputy Howard (Greg Delmage) and Sheriff Duncan (Lane Edwards) are responsible for planting the weapon in Brady’s car, which led to his arrest.
- One fan pointed out a major plot hole involving Jack, Charmaine (Lauren Hammersley) and their unborn children. Although Charmaine is threatening to file for full custody, the characters are in California and, therefore, must abide by the state laws. If so, it’s an automatic 50-50 guardianship if the father can prove paternity. Therefore, Jack will likely get half custody.
- Another mind-blowing theory claims that Jack might not be the father of Charmaine’s twins. The scene in question occurs in season one, when Jack is shocked to learn that Charmaine is pregnant. When Jack tells Mike (Marco Grazzini), he’s equally stunned. Perhaps Mike’s over-the-top reaction has nothing to do with Jack and everything to do with a secret affair he had with Charmaine?
