CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A month after they released surveillance video, police have arrested the woman suspected of pouring lighter fluid on a North Avondale building and setting it on fire.

Jatoya Mathis faces two counts of aggravated arson.

Police say that video, witness statements and evidence collected at the scene led to her arrest.
What police haven't said is why she allegedly did it.
